This privacy policy describes how Clinosys collects, uses and protects the information you provide when you register for our early access waitlist.
Clinosys is the data controller. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@clinosys.io.
At this stage, we only collect the information you provide when applying for early access:
— Full name
— Professional email address
— Practice type (solo practice, group practice, hospital)
We do not collect health data, patient data or any other sensitive information at this stage.
We use your data exclusively to contact you about early access to Clinosys, keep you informed about the product, and respond to your application. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the acceptance checkbox on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your early access application. If you decide not to continue with Clinosys, you can request deletion of your data at any time.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following sub-processors to operate this service:
— Resend — transactional email delivery. Your name and email are transmitted to Resend solely to send application confirmation and team notification emails. Resend does not use your data for any other purpose.
All processors operate under appropriate data processing agreements and are contractually bound to protect your data.
This website uses Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data (page views, referrers, countries). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not store any personally identifiable information. No consent is required for this processing.
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to the processing of, and request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at privacy@clinosys.io. We respond within 30 days.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we do everything possible to protect your information.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email if you are already on our list. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
