Clinosys is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform currently in private beta. This website serves as an informational page and waitlist for early access. The Clinosys platform itself is not yet publicly available.
By accessing this website or submitting the early access form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit an application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee access to the Clinosys platform. We review every application manually and reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. Acceptance into the beta programme will be confirmed by email.
The information you provide in the application form (name, professional email, practice type) will be used solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about Clinosys. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting your application. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or your beta access being revoked.
If accepted into the beta programme, you may be asked to agree to separate beta participant terms that govern your use of the platform, including confidentiality obligations, feedback provisions, and acceptable use requirements. Those terms will be provided at the time of acceptance.
This website and waitlist do not collect, process or store any protected health information (PHI) or patient data. The Clinosys platform itself is being designed and built with HIPAA compliance as a core requirement. When the platform launches, it will be subject to Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and appropriate safeguards as required by HIPAA.
You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable laws, including HIPAA, when evaluating and ultimately using the Clinosys platform in your practice.
All content on this website — including the name, logo, copy, design and software — is the exclusive property of Clinosys. Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be available, error-free, or that any information presented is complete or accurate. Product features, availability, and pricing described on this website are subject to change without notice.
